Project idea

Design idea: exploration and wonder

Reference: turtle symbol

Philosophy:
Since the site is considered a rare turtle reserve, a certain part of the island has been allocated for its protection
Investment The other part has been invested as a mountainous coastal tourist village
The turtle was the first reference to the design, the turtle in the ceilings, under construction, originally, in consideration of installing a treasure somewhere
The project symbolizes a treasure for the national economy, where tourism raises the rate of the economy, which leads to prosperity and growth
He uncovers this treasure, in the middle of the backwaters

Project Objectives:
- Developing the country's economic side through the development of tourism.
Being mountainous, some travel for entertainment and others for hospitalization or culture.
Reflecting the culture of the region, as it is an aesthetic interface for the region that is expressed.
- Contributes to the treatment of psychological stress and mental exhaustion as a respirator
- Providing entertainment services.
Excellence in planning tourist areas with different types of mountain resorts.
- Adding a new architectural landmark to the country

Project description

Basic components of the project 1- The main building: ((It includes the main reception and administration with all its departments))
2- The residential part ((It includes three different types of chalets in addition to cave chalets and also residential villas))
3- The entertainment part ((It includes electric and water parks, restaurants and cafes of all kinds (luxury, branded and local), climbing places, camping, places to sit on the slope, tourist guidance for the turtle area, and other entertainment activities on the coast)
) 4- The commercial part ((includes shops, supermarkets and also cabins for bank branches))
5- The sports part ((includes the health and sports club, indoor halls, playgrounds and also indoor and outdoor swimming pools)) 6- The administrative part ((It includes all the departments assigned to each department on the island))
7- The service part ((includes the clinic, central kitchens and laundries, all maintenance rooms and storage areas, mosques, workers’ housing and services, and also vehicle parking))

Technical information

VILLAS
Structural System: Beam - Column system - Reinforced Material Foundation: Isolated Footing
Slabs :
option 1 : Solid slabs with thickness of 15 cm up to 20 cm
option 2 : Two way ribbed slabs
Roof Slab : ( flat slab - reinforced concrete covered with bubble concrete for insulation ) Same as chalet Walls: Thermal insulating masonry blocks - fire resistant ( and then be plastered internally and externally as per aesthetic and functional requirements) Same as Chalet.
Windows:
Using big windows
The type of the windows is thermochromic glass or selective low e glass .

CHALETS
Structural System: Columns with flat slab as roof (no beams to reduce weight and cost) since it is only one floor
Foundation: strip foundation to hold both columns and external walls
Roof: ( flat slab - reinforced concrete covered with bubble concrete for insulation )
Walls: Thermal insulating masonry blocks - fire resistant ( and then be plastered internally and externally as per aesthetic and functional requirements)
