Project idea

In this building, considering communication paths, pedestrian routes around, and placing these pedestrian and communication paths in two different directions in the center of the building, along with creating urban spaces such as cafes, restaurants, various shops, and open-air amphitheaters, etc., along these paths, efforts have been made to familiarize and attract everyone to the field of architecture and transform this center into a recreational, cultural, tourist, and service hub.

By creating a void in the middle of the building - inspired by the central courtyard in ancient Iranian architecture - and positioning all light sources and main accesses from this space, as well as symbolically placing the concept of architecture in the center of this building, it has led to the creation of a centralizing building to convey the deep meaning of the architectural center.

The design of this building turns it into a gateway and portal for entering a better world, and its frame-like form transforms it into a frame for displaying a world with superior and modern architecture.

In designing this project, an attempt has been made to create a different and beautiful building by drawing inspiration from traditional and ancient Iranian architecture and presenting it in a modern style.

The unique architecture and design of this building, along with its features, will make it a city landmark and an architectural symbol.

This building incorporates a 500-seat amphitheater, an architectural exhibition, a public library, workshops and classes, a cafe, restaurant, and various shops.

I am Parsa Saghafi, a student majoring in architecture at Azad University of Qazvin. Considering my years of education, various learnings, and experiences in the field of architecture, I have endeavored to present my best work within a defined framework, adhering to specific principles and rules in this project.

In this design, my main principles involve creating a platform for advancing knowledge in architecture, increasing public interest in the field, providing urban space and facilities for the general public near the architectural center, establishing a symbolic language in the world of architecture and the region, and showcasing the power and grandeur of the architectural discipline.

I hope that through this work, I have been successful in achieving these goals.
