The multifunctional hybrid neighborhood

Project idea

The idea of the flow of the concept comes from the need for electricity, the reduction of pollution in nature or global pollution and the use of the material goods that nature brings us.

Project description

The project elaborates that in the future there will be some kind of hybrid neighborhoods that produce electricity by themselves, use that production for themselves and why not the excess goes to the society.

Technical information

As for the technical parts, the houses are built with constructive materials from reinforced concrete and baked clay blocks, but the detailing of the facade is produced from recycled plastic which is collected in the ocean and in nature, therefore prefabricated packaging. The plastic cover has framed a large number of rotary butterflies which, by means of the energy of the wind, automatically come into motion, and anticipating the future, their combination with magnets of the same or opposite directions helps it. Everything in this project has to do with the production of electricity itself, the preservation of nature and zero global pollution.
