The idea of the project is housing, city life, mobility and digital functionality that make the area open and lively outside of normal working hours.

Project description

The main goal of the main façade is to attract the local community to the center through the attractive and comfortable design and the screen on the main façade, and the goal is to use glass extensively to become a visual communication between the pedestrian and the center. Attractive, inviting and innovative public spaces with a clear identity, which make innovation visible and accessible, Attractive ground floors with open facades, social meeting places, cultural offerings and synergies between outside and inside , Knowledge-based solutions for major societal challenges in close interaction with leading knowledge environments , Create internationally attractive academic and social environments and facilitate that foreign researchers and students can easily work and study in Amman City
