Project idea

For the design of the building, we have been inspired by the waves of the sea that create a rhythmic current. In the symbolism of the waves along the shore, they are a constant reminder of the passage of time, dynamism, life forward, wonder, hope, luck, joy, strength, rebirth and unity. For the design of this beach villa, we have used the styles of parametricism, modernism, bionics and sustainability. Inspiration from nature and its complex order, in addition to creating a mesmerizing beauty, helps to create practical, social, quality, innovative and environmentally aware buildings for the contemporary society, a contrast between traditional buildings and modern buildings. In the design of this villa, in addition to creating an intimate relationship between architecture, environment and people, we tried to create a space where the coastal environment remains untouched and the building looks like a part of the beach. The use of windows and balconies at different angles in this The building has brought nature and natural elements such as water, plants and sunlight into the interior space, and in addition to using natural light during the day, it reduces energy consumption and proper air flow in the interior of the house. The exterior of the building is made of white cement. It has been used to be waterproof and resistant to moisture. It reflects light and heat, is recyclable and environmentally friendly, cost-effective and looks great. It makes the structure pleasant. This villa is designed to be environmentally friendly, that's why recyclable materials such as glass and cement are used in it.
