The design idea of the base of the three great fundamental forces that make up financial markets, which are supply, demand, and price, was represented by the triangle symbol, being the strongest geometric shape, as it expresses the strength and importance of the project and its combination with two small triangles on either side of the larger triangle and in the opposite direction to it, which express the secondary force that It interacts with the main force represented by the larger triangle. One of the two triangles expresses the investors, while the other expresses the difficulties and challenges facing the project. After that, the 2D is raised to 3D to represent the development of the country’s infrastructure..
As for the tower, the design idea was taken from the stock index up and down until the stage of stability, and since these projects are characterized by high monetary value, transparency, solidity and many diamond characteristics, the diamond shape was abstracted and combined with the stock index to form the shape of the tower...

Technical information

The tower's structural system is a diagonal structure system and a structural core system, which is covered with thermally insulating double glazing and equipped with photovoltaic panels.
The lower part is made of GRC material, in addition to the use of horizontal elements and vertical breakers, and the use of double and thermally insulated glass.
In addition to using recyclable building materials
Light-colored construction materials were used to reflect solar rays. Structural thermal insulators were also used for roofs and double walls.
Use of large glass facades
To provide the greatest amount of lighting
Inner courtyards and block discharges, which act as a thermal regulator
Creating trellises as shading units on the roofs of the building to reduce the heat of the sun
It is equipped with photovoltaic cells and solar panels to supply the building with energy
Use fountains and water bodies around the building
And inside it to remove heat from the air entering the building
-Natural thermal insulation by creating green barriers
To protect the building from sunlight and avoid waste
Energy used in air conditioning as it works
Sapling windbreaks and the use of afforestation around
The building works on:
1 Cooling the air around the building and reducing its temperature
2 Trees cast a shadow on the building
3Filtering and improving the quality of air entering the building
4 Reduces the noise entering the building
5 Prevents hot sunlight from entering
-Reusing rainwater and desalinating seawater
-Improving the indoor environment and comfort of users
- Tilt the tower at a 45 degree angle
North and clean the edges of the tower
To facilitate the passage of wind and relief
From the load of wind force that may create
-Create a cavity in the middle of the tower to make it work
On the air
-Using double glazing for thermal insulation
It contains photoelectric cells
To store energy
External covering of material
GRC light color addition
Which contains a fade pattern
Rhombus shaped in a specific order
The use of solar panels, which in turn
It stores energy from the sun
In addition, it casts a shadow on the building
An integrated physiological comfort system was created to ensure thermal balance and comfort for the project users, and the use of green architecture and parametric orientation for cladding and insulation.
Natural and construction, in addition to exploiting renewable resources
