Project idea

The parking building for 400 parking spaces is located at the intersection of Lunacharsky, Zhemchuzhnaya and Kuznetskaya streets in Penza. The parking lot is a stand-alone object that harmoniously fits into the surrounding space of the city. The proposed location of the parking lot is shown on the site plan.
The main idea of the facade solution of the project is the combination of dynamics with simple geometric shapes, which is achieved through facade panels, open spaces and ramps. The basis of this building is a frame load-bearing structure in combination with walls.

Project description

The panels on the facade of the building create a very beautiful natural light that plays during the day. The almost mirrored surface of the stained glass window creates the effect of merging with the environment, which allows the building to fit seamlessly into the surrounding space. The layout plays a special role in this project, as it is made for maximum ease of operation: all zones are divided among themselves, there are comfortable driveways, ramps are provided.
Landscaping is provided on the territory of the development, which has a positive effect on air humidity and its thermal regime. Also, the landscaping zone helps to isolate the parking building somewhat from adjacent roads loaded with transport. Benches are provided for visitors. This can be seen in the scheme of landscaping and landscaping of the garage.
The building is designed to ennoble the appearance of the city, to become a landmark and remarkable object of attraction. Being outside the historical development of the city, the building does not look out of place, on the contrary, it only refreshes the already established image of the city, brings a share of innovation.

Technical information

On the first and second floors there is a service station, which is fenced off from parking spaces by a wall. A corridor-cell planning form has been adopted for the organization of the production zone. According to the requirements of insolation, all rooms, except bathrooms and showers for visitors and staff, ventilation chamber, pumping room, heating point have natural lighting. The administrative area is simply also located on the ground floor. The building is provided with fire-fighting ladders.
On the general plan, combined with the scheme of transport and pedestrian connections and road surfaces, you can see that parking for visitors of a service station for 13 cars is located next to this zone.
