Project idea

Concept:
The concept is taken from sony's experience "Hidden senses" A sensorial experience visualising an enrished lifestyle for a new tomorrow.
-see,hear and feel the senses.
-Challenging the constraints and preconceptions between technology and human behaviour, whilst interacting with familiar objects.
The project is about exploring the possibilities of sensor technology beyond simple gesture controls.
"These applications are all possible", the sensors are working, the screens are working.
But we have a lot of things to do to be in production with this. These are ideas to be open to the world, maybe to get feedback, to find a friend to work with, to collaborate, so we can come together as an industry, then this idea might happen in society.

Project description

The pavilion contains different type of interactive screens (a type of display technology that allows users to interact with digital content in a variety of ways). These screens can be found in a wide range of settings, including public spaces, educational institutions, and businesses.

One of the key features of interactive screens is their ability to respond to touch, allowing users to manipulate and control digital content with their fingers. This makes them an ideal tool for educational and collaborative environments, as well as for public spaces where users may want to engage with information or entertainment in a more interactive way.

Interactive screens can also incorporate additional features such as gesture recognition, voice commands, and facial recognition, allowing for even more advanced forms of interaction. This can be especially useful in settings such as retail environments, where interactive screens can be used to create personalized experiences for customers.

Technical information

The pavilion is made of (GRC) glass-reinforced concrete.
GRC can be molded into a variety of shapes and sizes, making it a versatile material for a range of applications. It is also lightweight, making it easier to transport and install than traditional concrete. Despite its lightweight nature, GRC is incredibly strong and can withstand a range of weather conditions, making it ideal for use in outdoor structures.
