Project idea

The main idea of the project is to develop a tourist hotel in the style of modern classic. Detailed design is planned for the hotel's lobby, the "Luxury" class room, and the "Standard" room.

Project description

The project consists of the following parts. Dimensional plans, dismantling plans, installation plans, zoning plans, furniture, wall decoration plans, ceiling plans, floor plans, underfloor heating plans, electrical plans, sweeps, designed reception desk and renderings at the end.

Technical information

The initial configuration of the building is a lobby of 129 square meters, a suite room of 41 square meters, a standard room of 25 square meters. It is necessary to place water heating, ventilation ducts, light and electricity.
