Project idea

The architectural dorm project embraces the principles of post-modernism, offering a perfect balance between indoor and outdoor spaces. The problem of students living within dorm having inadequate lifestyle was crucial problem observed in study. These condition often effect mental health of students therefore main objective was to design sustainable and functional dormitory to enhance life of students. The design incorporates recreational areas such as a gaming area, restaurants, and a market place, creating a vibrant and inclusive environment for the residents.

Project description

The dorm's post-modernist theme is reflected in its unique architectural elements, combining traditional and contemporary styles. One of the key highlights of the dorm is the introduction of double-height dorm rooms. These spacious and airy rooms provide a sense of openness and freedom, allowing students to have a comfortable living and studying space. The double-height design also enhances natural light and ventilation, promoting a healthy and inspiring environment.

Indoor and outdoor recreational spaces are thoughtfully integrated throughout the dorm. The gaming area offers a dedicated space for students to unwind and engage in friendly competitions. It is equipped with the latest gaming consoles, comfortable seating, and a lively ambiance.

The restaurants within the dorm cater to diverse culinary preferences, serving a variety of cuisines. The market place within the dorm provides a convenient shopping experience for residents. It features a range of retail outlets offering daily essentials, snacks, and other products, ensuring that students have easy access to their necessities.

The outdoor spaces include lush gardens, paved pathways, and seating areas where students can relax, study, or socialize amidst nature. The design encourages a healthy outdoor lifestyle, fostering a sense of community and well-being among the residents.

Technical information

Overall, this architectural dorm project embodies the essence of post-modernism with its unique design elements. It creates a dynamic and stimulating living environment that supports the needs and aspirations of modern students.
The materials used in Design are CLC Blocks with complete Balance of Glass.
