Project idea

The building is inspired by penguins. Penguins are a symbol of compatibility, the importance of community and living together with love and peace. Minimal style has been used in the design of this building, that is why it gives a sense of simplicity and comfort to the space and is in complete harmony with the coastal nature around it. The green space around the building is connected to the roof garden by a beautiful and pleasant path with a ramp .the roof garden also has a view overlooking the relaxing atmosphere of the sea. White cement is used on the exterior of the building, which has waterproof and environmentally friendly, cost-effective and energy _saving. In addition, it gives a beautiful and pleasant appearance to the structure. The design of the windows is such that the interior space benefits from natural light during the day and connected the interior space and the surrounding greenery in such a way that the tow space disappears by reflecting the garden space into the house.And also provides proper ventilation in the building. the design of the swimming pool and the greenery of the garden has doubled the visual appeal of this unique beach Vila.
This Vila has been designed to be environmentally friendly, that is why recyclable material such as glass and cement have been used in it, and in the design, an attempt has been made to create harmony between the elements of the surrounding nature and the Vila ,with minimal deformation in the surrounding nature. To witness a pristine and untouched view in the Vila.
