Project idea

The idea of ​​this project is to use a new and new quality and define a new quality of Iranian garden patterns, and to use fractal geometry and match them with each other and create a space that was placed next to Laleh Park because it saw and the landscape of that area in the right way. to remain and a space that is cultural can be used as an urban space and the slope of the land was used for the design and it was tried so that we don't have tall and big buildings and from the roof of these volumes for the courtyards used

Project description

Farhangsarai Nagar is located in Tehran's Laleh Park in a busy and important place in Tehran, which aims to create an introverted and calm atmosphere and activities below the ground level and the surrounding crowd, and at the same time, not to harm the landscape and the surrounding environment. . This cultural center has educational and administrative departments, an amphitheater and a gallery, and a central courtyard that offers a new quality of the central courtyard. This design has a central and prominent form, which emphasizes its central orientation, as we have a lobby and a waiting room for an amphitheater and a shared study space. Also, in this design, solar panels are used and with the type of coverings and Shades are designed to respond to sustainable architecture

Technical information

This project is located on a land of 7800 meters with a slope of 2% and we have entrances from three directions. One from the bottom of the slope which is the main street and the main entrance. One from the top of the slope from another street and the other from the right side of the building, directly to the central courtyard and gallery. This project has been dug underground to a height of 7 meters. We have four main levels and a series of mezzanines that are slightly different. In this project, in addition to stairs, we also have ramps and electric ramps for disabled people.
