Project idea
Concept
Nature is one of the pillars and existential concepts of every person and a place without tension and stress, and its integration and connection with the urban environment creates a meaningful space with daily life. With the changes made in people's lifestyle, the need for collective spaces for speech and behavior. It is felt in society.
The idea of Lale Park concept project is one of the big parks of Tehran and Tehranis consider it a memorable and nostalgic park and it is considered a suitable place to spend a quiet day.
Project description
A simple green path with paving stones has been formed in front of and around the cultural center.
This building is formed from a curved shape that exists on top of Laleh Park and is oriented in such a way that it reveals its entire volume. From the point of view of psychology, the curved lines in the structures have created more peace among the people. The cultural center consists of four floors.
The materials of the walls have been chosen in such a way that conveys the lightness and weightlessness of the building and directs the viewer's attention to the surrounding environment as well as the ceiling. The building has natural light from two directions to reduce energy consumption during the day and create vitality and ... has access. From the top floor, you can see the beautiful architecture of the surrounding area.
Technical information
The first floor includes lobby spaces, offices, archives, management, meeting rooms, publishing offices, facilities, stores, prayer rooms, restrooms, rest areas, and equipment storage for maintenance. The store is for easy access and also for sharing creativity and communication between people. It connects to other spaces.
The first basement floor contains hall spaces, training rooms, training rooms, warehouses, staff rooms, meeting rooms and galleries.
The second basement floor contains library, office, warehouse, bathroom, gallery.
The second floor contains a coffee shop. This coffee shop is especially close to the main pedestrian flow. It has a separate entrance from other parts of the building and an area with outdoor tables.
