Arts Cathedral (YAC)
Rays of light are sculpted from a dense atmosphere saturated with the vapors of candles and spirals of perfumed incense. The metallic and faint tinkling of silver censers, long and peaceful days punctuated by the tolling of bells and Gregorian chants. "
The Gothic cathedral is one of the most powerful archetypes for modern humanity – especially when it is in ruins.

Possible interventions:
1. Excavation works are not allowed;
2. No demolition allowed;
3. Removal of existing trees is not permitted - a detailed tree species map is provided;
4. New constructions, independent or adjacent, connected, raised to the existing ones, are allowed as long as there is a consistent and clear connection between the historical architecture and the modern intervention;
5. Planting of trees or shrubs is permitted;
6. There are no restrictions in terms of heights or volumes, but they must comply with the requirements for the recognition and protection of historical remains.
*The cathedral - the best place for modern artistic culture.
* Artist residencies;
* Ateliers/workshops;
* services - offices, restaurants, toilets, ticket offices, etc.

CONSTANT NATURAL PASSIVE SIDE LIGHTING IS ACHIEVED
THE INTENDED AREA FOR INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANELS is 8581 m², which roughly makes a small solar park.
CLIMATE- The climate is temperate oceanic
That is, it is not necessary to design complex systems with the use of different types of heat-insulating materials (but they are set in order to achieve a constant microclimate), but it is mandatory and waterproofing materials are provided.
The temperature range is suitable for storing a very large range of works of art (paintings, sculptures and installations) and there is no need to design a complex and expensive air conditioning system.
CONSTRUCTION - reinforced concrete, metal
