Project description

"HOUSE IN 7 DAYS ", developed by LLC "Shepel Holding" in accordance with the terms of of the organ reference for the All-Russian competition of standard projects of individual houses of industrial production up to 150 sq.m. Accumulated experience in industrial construction of apartment houses allows our company to apply the idea of unification of building structures of precast concrete or small- assembly materials to create different layouts of individual houses, with a range of areas TY, COMFORTA ising structural solution. Pleas from 100 to 370 square meters.

Technical information

The dry method of assembling reinforced concrete structures and the use of unique bolted connections accelerates the process of assembling a single cottage on a prepared foundation to 2-3 days, in addition, such technical solutions are well suited for seismic areas of the country. Three-layer panels with cavities and hollow core slabs allow to reach ratio 0,27-0,35 cubic metres/sq.m., which reduces volume of building structures and, consequently, their cost; moreover, hollow core is a natural thermal insulation and reduces the need for insulation and noise-absorbing materials. Engineering communications are laid inside the hollow floor slabs, which allows to eliminate the wet processes at the construction site during the erection of a house, reduces the material intensity and allows to accelerate the construction period. The design of the floor slabs allows for the prompt repair of engineering communications, through the use of manholes / panels in the floor slabs which provide access to the communications The interior space of a 9x13.8m house can be redesigned to suit the wishes of a particular family, and the floor area can be transformed to 370 square metres without losing aesthetic appeal (a visual representation of a house of up to 370 square metres is provided in the annexes). The use of prefabricated sanitary modules with finishes and sanitary fittings for the outskirts of Moscow and major cities significantly reduces the time required to build a house.
The use of geothermal climate systems in southern regions of the country and in places where there is no gas equipment, with comparable installation and maintenance costs, allows the use of thermal energy and ground heat.
High level of manufacturing automation and project management, construction drawings in Revit program allow transferring construction drawings directly to reinforced concrete structures manufacturing, where the layout of reinforcement cages is carried out individually for each project. Electronic drawings on construction site allow reducing consumption and residual materials at the construction site. Aesthetic appeal The house IVS-150 is very compact and at the same time easy to use. It is possible to extend the amenities in the house and grounds without changing the characteristic appearance of the building. Ergonomic planning, division into functional zones of the house space and adjacent territory, a wide range of house sizes 112, 118, 150, 370 sq.m. presented in the applications shows the flexibility and versatility of the chosen solution to create a living environment for the family.
