Project idea

The objective of the project was to create a functional and aesthetically attractive living space that would meet the needs of residents; development of the layout, selection of materials and structures, ensuring comfort and safety.

Project description

The object is located in the cottage village of Lapino, Odintsovo city district of the Moscow region.The residential building is designed based on the living conditions of two families and the operation of the house by two households. In each part of the duplex there are living rooms (common room, bedrooms), utility rooms (hallway, kitchen, sanitary unit, dressing room).

Technical information

The foundation is a monolithic ribbon.
Exterior walls - aerated concrete 625x400x250 (h)mm D600, mineral wool slabs 150 mm, cement-sand plaster 20 mm.
Internal walls aerated concrete 625x400x250 (h)mm D600, brick 120 mm, cement-sand plaster 20 mm.
The floors are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs.
The roof is pitched and unused.
The land area is 1422 m2.
