Project idea

The city of Chernivtsi, located in the west of Ukraine, has a rich hotel history. Over the years, hotels in Chernivtsi have played a significant role in accommodating visitors and have reflected changing times and architectural styles.

The development of hotels in Chernivtsi can be traced back to the end of the 19th century. During this period, the city experienced rapid growth and modernization under the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Many elegant and luxurious buildings, including luxury hotels, were built to cater to the growing number of tourists and business travelers.

After Ukraine gained independence in 1991, Chernivtsi experienced a period of transition, and the hotel industry underwent significant changes. Private enterprises began to appear, which led to the creation of new hotels and the restoration of existing ones.

Today, Chernivtsi offers a wide selection of hotels for different budgets and preferences. Many historic buildings have been restored, preserving their architectural charm while using modern amenities. Hotel "Bukovyna", for example, after reconstruction returned to its original name, offering comfortable accommodation to visitors.

In addition, several new hotels have been built in the city over the past few years, keeping pace with the growing popularity of the city in the tourist direction. These establishments offer modern amenities, contemporary design and a comfortable stay for both domestic and international travelers.

In summary, the history of hotels in Chernivtsi reflects the evolution of the city over time. From the greatness of the Austro-Hungarian era to the changes of the Soviet period and modern developments today, Chernivtsi hotels have adapted to the needs of visitors, while preserving the architectural heritage of the city.

We know that after a long time at the front, a person wants to distract himself from the problems of life and concentrate on rest. Many of the soldiers return in a bad physical and mental condition, that is why doctors usually recommend rest in places remote from people, that is why my hotel will have cottages with all the highest conditions

Project description

It has an authentic constructive and minimalist appearance, this same style is also transmitted in the interior. When performing external works, maximum resistance will be made to the naturalness of building elements, thanks to which the maximum possible level of environmental friendliness of the building will be achieved.
I think it was a successful decision to make a separate restaurant for hotel residents and for guests of the restaurant only. Analyzing the situation, the largest percentage of hotel profits usually comes from restaurants.
From the planning of the master plan, everything is also very successful. Hard work was done to create a beautiful and high-quality landscape design that would emphasize the already beautiful terrain.
The parking lots were designed taking into account the topography, that is, they are of different levels with connections between them.
There are two emergency exits from each residential floor, one of which leads to the aforementioned parking lot. Thanks to the additional road, maximum access to the main entrance to the hotel is possible.
Thus, the building and the project as a whole are quite well developed and thought out in all details and conveniences and will be able to withstand the existing competition in this field in Chernivtsi and the Chernivtsi region

Technical information

Energy supply is centralized from city networks.
Heat supply - batteries.
Water supply is centralized from city networks.
Sewerage is from city networks for the main hotel, and for the residential blocks, a direct drain will be made on its own, because the terrain allows
