The idea behind this project was to create a beautiful and convenient structure so that people can enjoy the spring while walking and rest under the rotunda's roof. Many natural springs are forgotten nowadays however i believe that we are missing on the pure water source near us. Most likely the appearance of a canopy or spring well repels us because its cheap or super old. Sketching i thought that water itself is a theme so i tried to create forms and colors associated with this element. Smooth and wavy outline yet pays tribute to antique architecture and pearly, light colors personify not only purity but also make the source visible in the forest area.
Project is a rotunda with a fountain in the middle, which uses spring water to fill the bowl on top. Then water falls to the lower bath and flows through rotunda so building does not interfere with the movement of the stream.
