THE URBAN CONCEPT CREATES AN ELEVATED RED PATH THAT CONNECTS THE BUS STOP AND THE TRAIN STATION FOR THE PEDESTRIANDS, SO THEY CAN SHORT THE WAY. THEN THE RED PATH CREATES A PUBLIC SPACE AND SEPARATES THE MASS INTO TWO PARTS, CREATING A SHOPPING AND COVERED PASSAGE FOR RESIDENTS.
THE NEW CENTER SO OFFERS A NEW TOWN HALL, CULTURAL CENTER, LIBRARY, SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, CAFE AND PUBLIC SPACES WITH PLENTY OF TREES.
WE ALSO FOCUSED ON THE DESIGN OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS AND ON THE NEW PARK WHICH IS NEAR THE WATER, THE PARK HAS CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND, WORKOUT AND YOGA AND A RELAX ZONE.
IT WAS INTENDED TO DEVELOP A NEW CENTRE OF SERVICE IN THE STABILIZED AREA ON THE EDGE OF A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.THERE
IS A SIGNIFICANT LACK OFS MALLER SHOPS AND SERVICES, NOT
TO MENTION CULTURAL AMENITIES.THE TOTAL AREA IS 39KM².
THE NORTHERN SIDE OF THE SITE IS DOMINATED BY AN
INDUSTRIAL AREA, LOCATED RIGHT ACROSS THE RAILWAY. IN THE SOUTH, YOU CAN FIND A UNIVERSITY AND A HIGHS CHOOL CAMPUS AS WELL AS SOME CIVIL AND SPORT SAMENITIES. THERE IS ALSO A LARGE FOREST PARK NEARBY.
NEARBY ,THERE IS A BUS STOP, TRAINSTATION, CYCLE PATH AND A TRAM STOP. A SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE TERRITORY IS COVERED WITH UNMANAGED GREENERY. THERE IS ALSO AN UNMANTAINED
STREAM. ONE OF OUR GOALS WAS ALSO TO PRESERVE AS MANY TREES AS POSSIBLE.

THE RED PATH STRUCTURE IS FORMED OF STEEL COLUMNS AND BEAMS. THE STRUCTURE IS POSSIBLY REINFORCED WITH STEEL BARS.
THE TOWN HALL IS DESIGNED OF REINFORCED CONCRETE COLUMNS AND BEAMS. THE BASIC STRUCTURE CONSISTS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE FOOTS. THE CULTURAL CENTER IS ALSO DESIGNED AS REINFORCED CONCRETE AND ITS ROOF IS MADE OF TRUSSES.
