The design of the project is inspired by the curves of a seashell, both for reasons of interior comfort and to have a unique twisted shape. and the plot of intervention benefits from a position which allows it to be a connecting element between our neighborhood and the neighborhood opposite the Lido, the challenge was to set up our project while preserving this imprint which allows people to circulate freely and easily access the urban park that is in front of the plot this is where we have the idea of the faill, which represents both an element of separation and a connecting element
Green Diversity Hub is a research and exploration center for biodiversity. It brings together research on all aspects of biodiversity and ecology. It offers training programs for students in the field of environment and specifically helps in developing and creating startups for ambitious young individuals in the field. It also includes an exhibition space for the general public.
The twisted shape features a ventilated facade that extends from a section of the roof and continues down to the front of the building. Natural ventilation is ensured through the atrium and curved, opening windows integrated into the facade. The building utilizes renewable energy through photovoltaic panels and incorporates a wastewater treatment system and rainwater management, which is collected through the glass roof of the atrium, which is designed in the shape of a tree leaf present on the roof."
