Winter Sports Center in the village of Gamovo, Perm Krai

Project idea

The Winter Sports Center is located in the village of Gamovo, Perm Krai. The architectural image of the building is based on its functionality. An architectural style was chosen for the design – organic architecture.
The task of the designed complex is to combine into a single system the existing sports facilities on this site, focusing on the functional features of the project, as well as the relevance of certain functions for visitors. In addition, to become an even greater place of attraction in the Perm Region.

Project description

The building is divided into three blocks of different heights, connected to each other on the first floor and by a passage on the second. Each volume corresponds to certain functions. Block 1 is a three-storey, public-administrative, residential building.
Block 2 – – one-storey, sports and entertainment.
Block 3 – two-storey, sports and wellness. Block 3 includes a gym, rooms for trainers, a conference room and a restaurant.
Under each block there is an underground floor with a height of 4.5 m.
In the basement, a sports passage of the ski tunnel, storage, technical rooms, and rooms for maintenance equipment are designed.

Technical information

The plot area is 4.5 hectares.
The total area of the building is 13814.6 m2.
Building area - 4720.4 m2
Number of floors - 1-3.
The maximum height is 18 m .
Most of the area is reserved for a hotel. Structural system: monolithic frame, aerated concrete walls. The facades are framed by white composite stripes, with metal inserts and with inserts, with imitation wood.
