Project idea

The residential complex "Deppa" is located in the village "Oxalis" on the street Triangular Kislitsa. A triangular grid was chosen as the basis for the development of the settlement project, thereby the roads form a triangular area for the territory of a residential building. The complex is located in the very center of the village. The shape of the territory being developed is a kind of flower "Oxalis" - "Deppa", the petals of which look like a crystal.

Project description

There are 2 sectional residential buildings on this territory, repeating the shape of roads. A house on the main street was taken for the one being developed. The courtyard is closed, having a wide variety of zones. In the corner part of the territory there is a parking for the disabled, regular parking, located under the platforms, this allows you to provide a safe and accessible environment. Sectional residential buildings of different storeys from 3 to 5 to increase to the north. On the 1st floor from the main street in 3 sections there is a public area: shops, pharmacies, cafes, educational centers. Also on the 1st floor it is possible to settle people with disabilities, 6 apartments have their own entrance from the courtyard, bypassing the entrance.
