Project description

Bee'ah's headquarters, originally designed by Zaha Hadid, has been converted into a "Environmental and Energy research center" after we redesigned the interior. The project consists of two parts: Main building and External Exhibtion.
-The Main building consists of two floors. _The first floor consists of the reception' which contains the information desk and the lobby'
,the conference hall, a research lab, and a Gallery of rare plants. there are two atriums separate them .It also contains a café and a restaurant.
_The second floor contains administrative offices for the staff.
-The External Exhibtion is a changing exhibtion where any other eco-friendly company can occasionally display their products.

Technical information

The building was designed to consume the least amount of energy and be an embodiment of the meaning of sustainability and preserving the environment, the exterior design of the building came to match the weather conditions, thus achieving the highest levels of efficiency. The new building is also in harmony with the surrounding environment, and includes a steel structure covered with reinforced concrete reinforced with glass fibers that reflect the sun's heat and prevent heat from entering. Internally, the system of cooling panels and glass helps to regulate the building naturally with ambient temperatures. In addition to the above, the building relies on a solar farm to store energy via Tesla batteries, in order to achieve the concepts of sustainability and reliance on renewable energy sources.
