The creation and improvement of the center of life of people who need special conditions for a full life, in this project, is achieved thanks to ergonomic, space planning solutions, endowing the space of functional areas, endowing the space of functional areas with certain auxiliary equipment and the introduction of digital technologies into the building as an element of process automation in building, monitoring the building's systems and the ability to manage them with the help of gadgets.
The designed building on the site with other landscaping elements is an interconnected system, thanks to the created connected pathways, which are designed for unhindered use by the disabled and other family members.
The internal space of the building is divided by two transit ways, which divide the building into certain internal processes of which certain events are tied, reliance on expectation of technical and functional agreement with adjacent premises.
The basis for designing in the dimension of a person with a disability comes from the principled positions of their existence, first of all, in an unfriendly environment. The basic principle of creating a barrier-free environment is as follows: the environment should be undemanding, should remind the person with a disability as little as possible of their physical disability. For example, the creation of a developed system of pedestrian paths at the same level as the floor in the house serves as an integral part of unobstructed movement and connects the interior space of the house with the surrounding world. The implementation of digital technologies prevents possible, unwanted, typical, everyday movements and interactions with the house as a system, for example, a lighting automation system will not only improve the lighting of rooms, according to external conditions and processes, but also provide the ability to adjust the lighting "from the bed", thanks to the control of the position of the curtains and the lighting means themselves.
The created security system will consist of the prediction of unauthorized failures of engineering systems and timely response to them.
The location of motion sensors and pressure devices for forced door opening are aimed at reducing discomfort for a disabled person when manipulating the door.
