This project is designed with a Japandi concept (by client request/brief) which combines wooden elements with modern elements such as concrete and glass. The shape is made simple but still has aesthetics. The Japandi concept can give a warm and comfortable impression to its residents. In addition, by maximizing passive design strategies, housing becomes more environmentally friendly and low costs.
This project is a residential house made according to a client's request and consists of 3 floors where the 1st floor is a service and sports area such as a swimming pool and gym room. On the 2nd floor there is a semi-outdoor living room area with a relaxing garden and fountain, a dining room, guest room, assistant room, and also a storage room. On the 3rd floor there is the main room, pet room, home office, home theater, and also the living room.
This project uses a sustainable building system which prioritizes natural elements that are used in the house by making openings such as voids, glass roofs, and many others.
