Project idea

Temporary tourist houseboat for two people, designed to enhance Lake Bomba; artificial lake located near: Bomba, Colledimezzo, Pietraferrazzana and Villa Santa Maria.

Project description

Lake Bomba is located in a local lake area with low tourism. Near its banks there are:
- tourist villages, camping and bungalows immersed in nature;
- restaurants;
- sports facilities where you can practice canoeing, windsurfing and water skiing;
all semi-abandoned and unused due to lack of tourist flow.
This is a low environmental impact houseboat integrated into the natural environment without damaging the environment, which carries forward an idea of ​​SUSTAINABLE TOURISM to meet the needs of tourists and the environment, capable of promote and improve tourism and development of local territory so that nothing remains abandoned.
The houseboat can have various possible configurations, a depending on the different housing or working needs. Several houseboats can be installed in the lake to create a real floating eco-resort, innovative, that respects nature.

Technical information

Depending on the use of the sofa, two configurations are created within the houseboat; sofa composed of removable cushions so as to make it possible to close the base again. In the first configuration the sofa is open while in the second configuration the sofa is closed leaving the central passage that connects the stern and bow free.
