Project idea

The building blocks in the project are arranged in a way that resembles the hot springs in the city of Dammt, where the hot spring is located, which is a circular gathering of stones that are usually found in river corridors in places where hot sulphur water emerges, forming hot pools that are used for recreation and physical therapy.

Technical information

(The project is a tourist village that consists of 21 components that are designed and integrated in a harmonious and appealing way. The components are:

General Administration: A building that houses the reception, information desk, staff offices, souvenir shop, currency exchange office, post office and medical clinic. It also provides various services to the guests, such as check-in and check-out, booking activities and tours, renting equipment and vehicles, and handling inquiries and requests.

Mosque: A structure that can accommodate up to 500 worshippers and has separate prayer halls for men and women. It also has a library, a lecture hall and ablution facilities. It is open for all five daily prayers and hosts various religious and social events throughout the year.

Closed pools: An area that has One Big indoor heated pools of different sizes and depths, suitable for adults and children. It also has a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and massage services.
Resort: A complex that consists of 150 spacious and comfortable rooms with balconies overlooking the lake or the mountains. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, safe box, hair dryer and free Wi-Fi. The resort also has a lobby, a restaurant, a conference hall, a business center and a kids club. It offers 24-hour room service, laundry service and shuttle service to other parts of the village.

SPA: A center that offers a range of beauty treatments and wellness therapies, such as facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, body scrubs, wraps, massages and more. It also has a solarium, hydrotherapy pool and relaxation lounge.

Fitness Club: A facility that has a state-of-the-art gym with cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. It also has a studio where various classes are offered, such as yoga, pilates, aerobics, zumba and more.

5 star restaurant: A venue that serves international cuisine with local ingredients and flavors. It has an à la carte menu and a buffet menu that changes every day. It also has live music performances and themed nights.

Chalets 1: A group of 18 luxurious chalets that are located near the lake. Each chalet has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a terrace. The chalets are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, safe box, hair dryer and free Wi-Fi. The chalets also have access to a private beach and a barbecue area.

Children’s garden: An area that has various facilities and activities for children of different ages, such as swings, slides, climbing frames, sand pits, trampolines, mini golf, puppet shows and more. It is supervised by trained staff.

Open Theatre: A stage that hosts various performances and events throughout the year, such as concerts, plays, festivals, competitions and more. It has a capacity of 500 seats and is equipped with sound and lighting systems.

Public Parks: Several green spaces that are scattered around the village. They have benches, fountains, statues, flowers and trees. They are ideal for relaxing, walking, picnicking and enjoying nature.

A multipurpose field where guests can play various sports, such as football, basketball, volleyball, tennis and more. It also has a track where guests can run or cycle.

Lake: A industrial water body that covers an area of 10 hectares. It has a depth of 5 meters and a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. It is home to various fish and aquatic plants.


Pedestrians Bridge: A structure that connects the two sides of the village over the lake. It is made of wood and metal and has a length of 70 meters and a width of 5 meters. It has railings, lights and signs.

Water tanks: A group of containers that store water for the village’s use. They have a capacity of 1000 cubic meters each and are connected to a pump system that distributes water to the different components of the village. They are operational at all times.
