This house was created for the porotherm competition for students.
ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION: The Zeus family house project is designed for a family of four. The floor plan is rectangular. The building is designed as a two-story house with a flat roof. The second above-ground floor is used for the day part and the first floor for the night part. French windows are used for maximum connection and contact with nature. A distinctive architectural element is the tree on the terrace. On the 2nd floor there is: an entrance with a corridor that leads down to the 1st floor, also there is access to a changing room and a toilet. It also connects the living room, which is connected to the dining room and the kitchen with a pantry. On the 1st floor: a hallway from which there is an accessible dressing room, through which you enter the bedroom with a bathroom. It also leads to two children's rooms, a bathroom and a relaxation room, in which we find a sauna and hot tub.
The construction of the house is designed using porotherm products.
