The project is an academic endeavor aimed at enhancing skills in visual rendering and presentation layout using ArchiCAD and Enscape as the visualization software. The objective is to design a multi-story eco-hotel that harmoniously integrates with the environment, featuring innovative green technologies and emphasizing a connection to nature. The project will showcase a fusion of futuristic elements with sustainable architecture, creating a unique and environmentally conscious gastronomic space.
The hotel will be situated within a lush natural landscape, providing a serene and sustainable retreat for guests. Our design will prioritize the seamless integration of the hotel with its surroundings, emphasizing a harmonious coexistence with nature.
The building will consist of three floors: an underground floor, a ground floor, and a second floor. Each floor will feature well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The design will prioritize natural lighting and ventilation, incorporating large windows and open-air spaces to maximize the use of natural resources while providing a comfortable and luxurious stay for guests.
In addition to the guest rooms, the hotel will offer a range of amenities and facilities. These include a sustainable restaurant that showcases innovative gastronomic experiences, a lobby area divided into a receptionist area and a lounge where guests can relax and wait, and a canteen at the back of the lobby where people can enjoy meals in a casual setting.
The exterior of the hotel will be carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The landscape will be thoughtfully curated, featuring indigenous plant species, green walls, and rooftop gardens that not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also contribute to insulation and air quality improvement. Surrounding the hotel, there will be a parking lot, a serene swimming pool integrated with the natural elements, a playground, and a tennis court for guests' recreation. Emergency stairs will be provided on each side of the building to ensure safety.
1. Architectural Design Software: ArchiCAD
ArchiCAD will be used as the primary software for the architectural design of the eco-hotel. It provides a comprehensive set of tools for modeling, drafting, and documentation, allowing for precise and detailed design development.
2. Visualization Software: Enscape
Enscape will be utilized for visualizing the eco-hotel design in a realistic and immersive manner. It enables real-time rendering and interactive walkthroughs, providing an accurate representation of the building's aesthetics and spatial qualities.
3. Building Layout:
- The eco-hotel will consist of three floors: an underground floor, a ground floor, and a second floor.
- The underground floor will house utilities, storage areas, and service facilities.
- The ground floor will feature the lobby, receptionist area, restaurant, canteen, public bathrooms, and access to outdoor amenities.
- The second floor will accommodate the guest bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom.
