The name of the cottage is purposefully named after the designer. The holiday cottage is set in the landscape of Spain. For this reason, the name is in Spanish. The building is built on a gentle slope that faces the lake.
The holiday cottage is a one-floor building. The building is in the shape of two rectangles. They are separated by a stone wall that juts out over the roof. The residential complex includes an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom with a dressing room, a study and a living room with a kitchen. The outdoor space is divided into two parts, for relaxation and for organizing events. There are concrete steps. The terrace is made of oak wood. The building is entirely glazed except for the north side, which is made of exposed concrete. The interior has a modern style.
The establishment of the facility was not proposed due to the initial study. The perimeter walls and supporting columns are made of reinforced concrete. Traces of formwork left for building design. The roof is made of steel profiles. The floors are made of concrete screed and wooden slats. The windows are aluminum. Heating is provided by underfloor heating and a fireplace in the living room.
