In 2100, with the growth of cities, tall buildings became a necessity. The quality of spaces also changes: they evolve into hybrids, units with increased functional potential. A person lives, works and moves in a new way.
Capsule drones, private and public, single and multi-cabin , designed for both close distances (within the same building) and international flights, became places for life, leisure, work, and just means of transportation.
The tower for working drones next to the Moscow-City International Business Center is a spatial cell of pyramids and tetrahedron, the upper part is made of methon (anti-radiation high-strength metal-concrete).
The object is 360m height, the side of square plan is 60m.
In the stylobate, 60m high, each function occupies a certain permanent place: apartments are arranged along the perimeter, trading happens on the first floor, ground terminals for capsular drones are located at the corners and aircraft manufacturing is in the center.
Capsule components, 3 m in diameter, are embedded in the light openings of the lower part, like mobile balconies. Spheres, attached to the residential part, are private and used for individual work and movement. The capsules in the terminal area are public and with the the help of flying drone frame, act as transporters.
The upper part, 300m high, is arranged as a spatial cell, a peculiar modification of the cross-rod spatial structure with no core, floors, walls. The main modules of the structure are pyramids and tetrahedrons with a side of 12m. Spheres and capsules, 6m in diameter, which are used as two-tier offices, transporters for international flights, leisure facilities, temporary accommodation, are fixed to them.
In order to create smaller spatial cells and to strengthen the structure, large cells with a side of 12 m are subdivided by smaller rods - 6 m, 3 m. Individual working capsules, 3m in diameter, as well as elongated capsules with offices, temporary housing and just transporters are embedded into cells with a side of 6m.
Capsule-cylinders with a diameter of 1.5 m are fixed in the cells of three-meter rods. There is no person, they are used as greenhouses for biofuel production and for delivery of small items.
Large capsules- 405
Medium capsules- 10773
Small capsules- 27118
