Project idea
The idea is to combine the functions of a fire station, a training center and a cafe in one volume. Parking is also built into the complex. The building is located on a relief and has a height difference of 7 meters
Project description
On the 1st floor there is a garage of fire trucks and a fire station production area, a cafe kitchen, a summer cafe hall and parking. On the 1st floor there is an administrative area and a recreation area of the fire station, the main hall of the cafe. Also on this floor there is a training room in the training center. On the 3rd floor there are classrooms of the center and an operational roof. Also, the structure has a built-in sleeve tower with an observation deck at the top open to citizens. In general, the whole complex is open to the public

The structures of the complex use a rack-and-beam system of connections made of monolithic reinforced concrete
