Project idea

The idea of the project is to make a luxurious hotel with getting the view of all the rooms add getting all the luxurious amenities including 2 levels of underground basement and recreational spaces with sports facilities.

Project description

This hotel consists of :
-Central drop-off area
-Underground carpark
-SPA-Wellness-Fitness (sauna/fitness, wellness, swimming pool, cosmetics
-procedures, and hairdressers/barbers)
-Central pool area, children playground and babysitting, tennis, and beach
-volleyball, Boće/Balote/Petanque, yoga hall Signature restaurant

The initial concept is derived from the back of a golden seahorse that particular shape is driven and implemented in the buildings staggered planning with helps to achieve the view of all the rooms.

Technical information

The construction typology used in this project is shear wall with flat slab and in the basements retaining wall with prestressed RCC slabs.
