Project idea

The bay is divided in three separe zones. East, West and Center.
East is considered a more lively, more noisy and more children friendly. West is considered quiet and calm, a place to clear your head. The center is the main area for meeting and getting your things done. As well as visiting for a good meal in the restaurant or a drink in the bar.

The building complex is situated that the visitors enjoy sunset while visiting. Accommodation is situated in the center of the bay and it overlooks the whole bay.

Project description

The marina is divided in three separate areas. One, on the east side of the bay - being the "active zone". You will find party terrace, beach and floating pontoon, all used to keep all of the visitors occupied. It is considered one of the more noisy parts of the bay. On the west we will find the "chill zone", it consists of yoga exercise field, food/coffee truck and romance point. This zone is considered overall quiet and calm.

In the center the building complex is located. The are with biggest traffic, with coffee shop, bakery, storages, several shops and rental places, showers, bar and a restaurant. On the east side of the building accommodation is located. It overlooks the whole bay.

Technical information

The Marina building complex is designed as one continuous building, connected mainly through the back wall. The main structure is made out of concrete.
