Cliffside Residences
Project idea
One of the types of housing is based on the concept of geometric cubes placed in rows, one after the other, raised vertically, on 3 floors. Determined on the basis of the competition and the slope of the plot, these volumes are located on a sloped terrain composed of recreational areas.
Project description
According to the design task, we have selected 2 buildings/residential blocks of different types, from the entire highly functional complex.
The defined blocks are in different places of the complex, thus making each location with different features, such as the approaches to the location, the slope of the terrain, places for recreation, up to the impact on the opening facades due to the slope of the terrain .
We have 2 types of apartment types, P+2 apartments and P+3 apartments
Technical information
The construction of this object is from the skeletal system. The materials used in this building are traditional Croatian and Dalmatian materials. Traditional wood and concrete are mainly used in this building
Zones
ZONE 1, four storey apartment buildings, (ground floor + 3 levels)
ZONE 2, three storey apartment buildings, (ground floor + 2 levels)
