WHITE APARTMENTS

Project idea

Croatia is one of the most beautiful seaside countries in Europe.
I wanted to create an apartments that could represent this country.

Project description

Because it is a very windy area,
I wanted to put panels on the terraces to shelter from both wind and sun.
The apartments all consist of three bedrooms,
two bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen overlooking the sea.
There are two terraces one facing the sea and the other facing the inner courtyard
There are sofas in the stairs so you can relax and admire the sea.
In the swimming pool there are deck chairs.
We have in the end the presence of two small parking lots for cars.

Technical information

The apartments have a "staircase" structure.
The apartments are entirely in white which represents peace, serenity and freshness.
Because it is a very windy area,
I wanted to put panels on the terraces to shelter from both wind and sun.
