Project idea

Arches and columns emphasize the scale of the building, and the light colors of the facade made the appearance of the building neat and sophisticated. A large amount of forged elements added some architectural elegance to the appearance. Since the building has an elongated shape and several floors, the architectural solution of the facade should not be monotonous, so the first floor has panoramic windows, the second and the third have arches and columns and the fourth and the fifth have columns with forged ornament. Every room of the hotel has an ocean view. There are carved partitions between the terraces to ensure privacy without obstructing the sunlight. Floors from the second to the fifth are of the gallery-type part of the hotel due to the soft climate of a construction zone.

The roof is made of red ceramic tiles, which is a distinctive sign of Croatian buildings. That is why the eclecticism of the aesthetic architectural ideals of antiquity, modern panoramic glazing and traditional forms and materials for Croatia was used in this project. Such a mix of styles reflected the clash of time: Croatia is a modern country, which has a rich history and rich architecture. Tourists coming to this hotel will be able to get a deeply feel of the spirit and unique atmosphere of Croatia from the 18th century

Project description

Interior description
The layout of the room is quite traditional: it is not an open space, but ordinary separate rooms. The interior is designed in a combination of modern Mexican and Scandinavian style. The striving for minimalism of the Scandinavian style and the soft round shapes of the Mexican style made it possible to make the room bright and comfortable. Priority was given to an environmental friendliness of materials while the interior had been created. That’s how light oak parquet and eco-friendly mineral plaster were chosen. These materials are able to maintain optimal humidity for humans. The white color of the plaster reflects light well, which contributes to a visual increase in the space of the room. The furniture has soft rounded edges. This can be a pleasant detail for hotel guests who are vacationing with young children, as such furniture is safer because of its streamlined shape. When choosing furniture, its environmental friendliness was also taken into account. So natural fabrics were chosen for the upholstery of beds and armchairs, as well as wood for its solid elements. Due to the large panoramic window, the room will be bright till the end of the day, so tulle from chiffon was chosen as a curtain. Small lamps in a laconic design and a lamp on the bedside table are presented as light sources. Since the room has a dressing room, the furniture for storing clothes does not occupy the space of the room, with this we emphasized the minimalist idea of the interior.
A room with such an interior will be comfortable for guests of any age, which will leave a positive impression of the vacation!
