Project idea

Sahara Pension Fund scheme has decided to extend their investment into property, and are very optimistic of the
future amid the current economic challenges. Thus have decided to take advantage of the declining rates and

construct, office space and retail facilities to be able to offset their future liabilities, thus the idea of the project was to combine commercial and residential buildings in our community (Bulawayo, Zimbabwe). the idea of the project was to have the building feel like a neighborhood and bridge the gap between work home and school, this was to be a difficult because of where the site is, it's a transitional zone from industrial to commercial then residential.

Technical information

the construction of the building is to be a combination of glass, steel, and concrete, brick.
