Project idea

The K is an apartment complex built on 5 levels in a small town in southern Italy.

Project description

It consists of a ground floor where there are stairs and an elevator, on the upper floors we have 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with a bathroom, and finally a small balcony. There is a private garden.

Technical information

Different materials have been used on the facade, including black plaster and wood for used on the balcony and on the windows for privacy. There is a carport covered with a green roof. The color of the complex is in anthracite black. The fixtures on the facade are of different colors.
