We were inspired by ancient Egyptian monuments. This reflection has been contextualized in its environment by taking into account the climate, its close environment, materials in order to offer optimal conditions of comfort related to its use.
This project is part of a contextual framework that emerges as follows:
It is imperative to promote the scientific framework around research and technological innovation, the universities UCB (Catholic of Bukavu), UOB (Official of Bukavu) and ISTM (Higher Institute of Medical Techniques) unite and want to benefit from a single framework that can facilitate the flow of research work and research supervision.
The building has been designed in three main blocks that spread over the land form a single block reconciled with nature through outdoor and multifunctional open spaces that complete the operation of the site through the extension of its functions offered to the outside. This constitutes an element of attraction of the site to the main users who are researchers and students of the university campuses that are juxtaposed with it.
The main materials used are my raw earth, baked brick, concrete.
