Project idea

This private villa is designed for families, pensioners and people wishing to escape the monotony.

Project description

It consists of three rooms with attached bathrooms, a corridor lit by several openings in the roof, and a common area.

Technical information

The construction is built entirely on pillars so as not to interfere with the land. The main detail of the design is the green roof, which allows the villa to blend in with the landscape. We find the presence of wooden sunshades on the sides so as to favour both external shading and strong ventilation. The construction of the building is in concrete, the external cladding is entirely in stone and the external platform is in wood. The whole is surrounded by natural vegetation. There is an infinity pool.
