Project idea

A biophilic design that promotes healing and knowledge sharing, thereby revitalising the user's spirituality and physical well-being. Where they may count on getting excellent care. Giving them the feel that there's still time for them to enjoy life to the fullest.

Project description

Providing the elderly with a restful environment and a secure atmosphere where they can heal. A place where the elderly can feel respected for their wisdom and experience.

Location
In Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, the hotel is right across the street from the Sentul LRT Station.

On Jalan 1/48A, right next to the Gombak River, which is a branch of the Klang River and flows through Malaysian cities like Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.

Technical information

To give users a good experience, it's important to find out what the proposed facilities can do and what they can't do. They need to make a place and a solution that will serve their needs in the long run.

Problem Statement
- Different levels on the site that it can be hard to get around.
- Susceptible to being flooded due to high water table and a running river nex to the site.
- Alarming number of thieves in the are base on neighborhood context analysis

- External services and facilities that might be beneficial to the proposal

- Proximity of river channel and a high water table, cause flood during heavy rainfall
Opportunities
- Strong sense of community and is rich in intergenerational diversity
Threats
- Busy road and high traffic areas may cause noise pollution.
