The project site is located in a cultural area in the city center and there are outstanding architectural works in this area
It has access to two main streets and Keshavarz Boulevard, which creates many events and social interactions. On the west side, it is adjacent to Laleh Park, this park has a strong geometry and a different view and view for the project.
The presence of a park next to the cultural center and its location in the center of the city makes people from all walks of life come to the cultural center, so the goal of the project is to create a cultural space for all people of different ages and different strata of society.cted.
Various areas, such as office, library, educational, amphitheater, gallery, etc., were marked on the site and as a result, two separate buildings were created so that the offending users could operate without disturbing each other. Of course, the buildings are not completely separated from each other and a constructive interaction was created for them by using the garden pit.
In fact, the garden pit is a response to the slope of the land and the topography of the site and connects two buildings.
Important cultural events take place in this garden pit, and people can see inside the pit from the balconies located in the northern building and the eastern and western walls of the pit, for which furniture has been designed, and get a different experience from it.
In addition to this, restaurants and cafes and stalls selling cultural products, around the pit, can turn it into a cultural-recreational environment.
In this project, the geometry of the site was used and its diagonal lines were seen both in the volume and in the plan and section, and as a result, a complete geometry was designed with regard to the performance.
The southern building, where cultural events (amphitheatre and gallery) are located, was designed as a slope according to the usage and diagonal geometry of the site, which is both a response to the design of the amphitheater and follows the geometry of the site. Also, the strip window next to the inclined volume was designed according to the function, that is, the gallery, as well as according to modern architecture and the principles of Le Corbusier, which causes indirect light to reach the gallery and creates a whole unit of function, volume and beauty.
Consists of four areas:
Cultural, educational, recreational, administrative
including spaces such as amphitheater, library, classroom, educational workshops, offices, restaurant,...
