Project idea

Creating an integrated and peaceful community that meets all the needs of the population with a modern and quiet lifestyle, taking into account excellence, luxury, and a commitment to originality.

The design aims to provide a modern life for the residents, offering contemporary living options that combine functionality and simplicity with the highest degree of luxury, flowing into landscapes of natural beauty that allow views and green landscapes for all to enjoy.

Project description

The project consists of 1200 residential units, including detached and double, and residential buildings, as there is a huge commercial mall, a mosque, and a nursery, where various principles of sustainability were used to achieve this.
