Prague has a lot of beautiful parks where the people of Prague go to relax. One of them is the Divoká Šárka nature park in the northwest of Prague. Right at the entrance, however, is the criminally neglected Džbán water reservoir, offering the potential to become a summer and winter sports and recreation center for all Prague residents and to serve as the gateway to Divoká Šárka. In the urban study, I therefore enhance the original luster of this area and consider the possibilities of maximum use of this space.
As part of the recultivation of the area, which is now outdated and underutilized, commercial and residential buildings will be built near the Evropská street, a swimming pool with a parking garage will be built next to the Cube building, and the entire area will be newly connected directly to Evropská street, from which an electric automatic will also arrive a shuttle bus with a final stop in the object being addressed, bringing people from the metro and Nádraží Veleslavín railway station. The sports complex will serve all residents of Prague and will be created as a natural dividing line between urban development and the Divoká Šárka nature park.
The territory consists mainly of residential buildings in the south, and on the north bank of the Džbán water reservoir there are outdoor sports and recreational activities.
