Project idea

This project includes the integration of all the areas of the port of Beirut with roads that are born from the epicenter of the explosion, in a metaphor of embracing the healed city and satisfying urban needs with green areas that are rooted in the seaport with the zones of social integration, cultural revaluation and economic reactivation for the improvement of urban and industrial areas.

Project description

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING BY ZONES:
The project to be built is a seaport with urban links in a set of buildings for cultural, administrative, recreational, commercial and industrial use, it has up to 2 floors, fulfilling its functionality.
6.1. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTAINER TERMINAL
It is the unit within the port, enabled to carry out modal exchange port activities (movement of merchandise in the same unit, using two or more modes of transport without handling the merchandise in mode exchanges) or services.

6.2. DESCRIPTION OF THE EMPTY CONTAINER AREA

6.4. DESCRIPTION OF THE MONUMENT AREA / SILOS
The monument area represents the strength identity of Beirut and we transmit it through respect for the commemoration of the Silos as scars that heal with activities that strengthen ties, this being the heart of the project.
