Project idea

This building partially connects with nature, through integration into the terrain, the entire personal part of the plot is located on an elevation that can be accessed from the second floor, thereby uniting the personal zone of the owners of the house and the zone of nature.

Project description

Two-storey cottage for one large family with a terrace on the first and second floors. On the ground floor there are: a terrace, an entrance hall, a wardrobe of seasonal clothes, a pantry, a kitchen-dining room, a living room,
a boiler room, a bathroom, a bedroom for the elderly. The second floor is reserved for the bedrooms of parents and children, a bathroom, a row office, a game room and terraces. there is a swimming pool and a recreation area in the backyard.
The building is located in relation to the server so that the sun rises from the bedrooms on the second floor, and moderately shines on the living room on the first floor, entering the part of the building where
the garage and technical room are located.

Technical information

Exterior facade decoration - decorative plaster. Decorative elements are made of thermal wood, which encircles the entire second floor. KNAUF Outer Wall - Warm Wall | T101;
interior partitions - plasterboard partition with double-layer sheathing of KNAUF sheets on a single metal frame (112. Floor - water heating, floor radiators are installed around the perimeter of the panoramic
windows. The floor covering consists of micro concrete and quartz vinyl. Installation The supply and exhaust ventilation system provides clean air and a constant
air temperature in all rooms.
