Project idea

A community center that blurs the lines between the shore and the land. Pedestrians can freely pass all over the port and find themselves wherever they want. Inside the roof, on the beach, around the port, all the movements inside and outside are fluid. in the design, it is associated with spatial water, with piers and axes going in and out of the sea.This proposal is a bold sculptural statement based on marine life form analogy. It is one of the most practical solutions but, at the same time, it contains a high degree of innovation and novelty.

Project description

Terminal building, hotels, offices, marina, residences, port management open and semi-open spaces, shopping malls, swimming pools, restaurants, cafes, parks, memorial area and squares, bicycle paths, coastline, open and closed parking lots are considered in the port design. . Stairs and piers extending to the seaside, new pedestrian walks created due to the ease of access to the square will give the opportunity to meet different suggestions. People can enjoy the sea, where sports and outdoor activities are welcome: the new pool integrated into the new harbour. coastal walk is designed, it is a panoramic place where it is possible to watch the scenery.

Technical information

It is aimed to use a wide variety of sustainable materials used in green and sustainable buildings. Insulation can be recycled cork , straw bales, sheep's wool, recycled denim or cellulose . Hemp, soy, and many more natural insulation options are also available. On the roof, Tesla offers solar roof tiles instead of solar panels, which are ideal for urban buildings. Green roofs – a layer of vegetation growing on a roof – can improve insulation, reduce pollution, save energy and improve quality of life. High-performance smart glass helps regulate a building's temperature.
