Project idea

Ethiopia is one of Africa’s fastest growing economies, and recent political and economic reforms have recognized the importance of empowering women and increasing their participation in the labor force. Yet women remain over represented in lower-skilled jobs while carrying out the bulk of unpaid care work.
This project bring women ability to an impactful growth and change for the country of Ethiopia, what needs to be done to boost their participation in all sectors of the country, what can be done to encourage growth and development of their ability in a competitive manner, to stimulate the women.

Project description

Digital business incubation center to interact with the urban public in a new and unprecedented way. Digital Products and services can be tested in the spot, people can experience technology that will improve their lives on the go and Digital business incubation center can use this different way of presenting itself as a differentiator in its own marketing efforts.
This creates opportunities for women in terms of how to integrate work and family responsibilities. Flexible work combined with the increasing usage of digital technologies could have positive impacts concerning the work–life balance for women.

Upper lite and heavier coating firt with framing. angled firtted and coated glass in top lite for peak solar performance. lower angled back receives only reflected light . transition panels are hybrid of both performances and make patterning possible.
