Residential complexes in the new sense of space are not just for living. It is a space for spending leisure time and shopping and a space for co-mingling and living together, while the private space of each family is specific.

Project description

the main site of the project is in the northern part of Qazvin city of Iran. A city is located next to a seasonal and trendy river. The city of Qazvin has a moderate climate and the design of this project is based on a moderate climate

Technical information

The project emphasizes the existence of a terrace in each unit and has attempted to create a space for knowledgeable residents to spend their leisure time. These balconies also have gardens.
The last two floors are Roof Garden
